Privacy Policy – Code Translator

We do not collect, store, or transmit personal information.

The extension runs fully on the client side. Settings (OpenAI API key, UI language, and the on/off toggle) are saved in Chrome’s storage on your device. We do not operate servers and we do not receive your data.

When you request a translation, the extension sends the selected code snippet and language labels directly to https://api.openai.com using your own API key. No other network requests are made.

We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies.  
Data persists only in your browser until you remove the extension or clear Chrome storage.
